When you visit this site we may collect basic analytics data such as page views, referral source, and general geographic region via Cloudflare Analytics. This data is aggregated and never tied to an individual.

If you submit your email through the pre-save or mailing list form, we store your address solely to notify you about new music releases.

If you use the Underground platform (streaming, playlists, recommendations), we collect listening history and playlist data to power personalized recommendations. This data is stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

We collect device and browser information (user agent, screen size, OS) through standard server logs and analytics tools to diagnose issues and improve compatibility.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information beyond what you voluntarily provide.

Email addresses are used to send release announcements and artist updates. We do not send spam or share your address with third-party marketers.

Listening history and playlist data are used to generate personalized recommendations and curate your Underground feed. This data is not used for targeted advertising.

We may use aggregated, anonymized analytics data (page views, referral sources, geographic region) to measure site performance and understand which content resonates. No personally identifiable information is derived from this data.

We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Streaming links redirect to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.). Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies — please review them directly.

We may share aggregated, anonymized streaming statistics with record labels and distributors to report on release performance. These reports contain no personally identifiable information.

We use Cloudflare Workers for hosting. Cloudflare may collect standard server log data (IP address, request headers) for security and reliability purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Donation processing is handled by Buy Me a Coffee / PayPal. We do not see or store your payment details. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal data to any third party.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion (the 'right to be forgotten').

You have the right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.

You have the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing, including any interest-based or behavioral profiling.

Residents of the EU, EEA, and UK have rights under GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

California residents have rights under CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data).

To make a data request, email svdvibeslabel@gmail.com with the subject line 'Data Request'. Please include your name (if provided to us), email address, and a description of your request (access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection).

We will respond within 30 days. For complex requests we may extend this by an additional 60 days and will notify you if so.
